Way back in my days at Penn State I watched several student housing buildings being built and it took from Spring of one year until Spring of the next to get finished. I watched the progress of those building groan on and on for a year.

With modular construction like Simplex Industries manufactured for Cross Properties in Philadelphia, that Penn State project would have been completed and ready for occupancy by Christmas. If I were in Philly when these apartments were set I would only had about a week to watch the set.
