Some of the initial steps are the same as if you were purchasing an existing home or building an on-site home – but the process is streamlined and the end result is higher quality and a better value. The entire process ranges from 4-8 months depending upon the amount of customization, re-engineering and
changes made by the customer, as well as the number of homes in the pipeline at Excel. As you probably know, stick-built homes can range anywhere from 11-18 months, depending upon when a contractor can be secured.
