The genesis of Atlantic Modular occurred when founder Terrance Hegel combined his long career in homebuilding with modular construction to build his family’s residence. He experienced firsthand the tremendous potential for modular’s increased quality, shorter timelines and favorable pricing, and began developing other property he owned with modular homes. As word of his success spread clients began seeking him out to help build their homes. More than seventy homes later AMB’s team of professionals and craftsmen has established itself as one of the area’s most sought after custom builders.
