Plant Tour Guidelines

For Safety concernslisted below
are Simplex’s guidelines for plant tours

 

  • Tours are by appointment only.

  • No open toed shoes, flip flops or high heels.
  • No Stollers.
  • No Walkers.

  • Children are allowed on plant tours while attending our open house. No children under the age of 12 if the plant is in operation

  • No pets.

  • All persons on tour must wear a Hard Hat and safety glasses.

  • Masks may be required in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Please be aware that the Builder is not an agent, subsidiary or employee of Simplex. The Builder is an independent business entity in the home construction business. All documents concerning your home are exclusively between you and your builder. Simplex is in the business of manufacturing and selling modular housing components to independent builders such as yours.
