Simplex Homes would like to announce an exciting addition to our Sales Management Team and introduce you to our new Sales Manager, Nancy Rizzo.

Nancy recently re-joined Simplex Homes as the Sales Manager, bringing over 30 years of experience in the modular industry.  Her extensive background and passion for the industry makes her an invaluable addition to the Management Team here at Simplex.

Nancy’s career began in customer service, where she quickly gained a deep understanding of the industry.  Her ability to connect with clients and solve problems laid the foundation for her future roles.  She transitioned into transportation, managing complex logistics to ensure timely deliveries, then into purchasing, where she honed her negotiation skills and optimized supply chains.  Nancy then advanced into the role previously as Sales Manager within the modular industry.

Nancy states that one of her most rewarding roles was as a Multi-Family Project Coordinator, where she oversaw modular projects for Simplex’s Multi-Family & Commercial Division.  Her ability to manage resources and communicate effectively ensured the success of these complex projects.  This experience paved the way for her current role here as Sales Manager at Simplex Homes, where she is responsible for driving sales growth and leading the team to achieve their targets.
