Jim Carpenter is a dedicated and hardworking individual who has been a valuable asset to his company for over 27 years. He started his career in 1994 in the production information and sidewalls department. After spending six years in production, he transitioned to the quality control department, where he honed his attention to detail and commitment to excellence for the next 12 years. In 2012, Jim moved to the purchasing department, where he has spent the last 11 years.

Jim’s commitment to his company’s vision and his coworkers is unwavering. Despite constant interruptions from production employees, office personnel, and management requests, he ensures that the production team has the necessary materials by sourcing and ordering them promptly.

Jim is a proud graduate of Johnson College, where he earned a degree in construction technology. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his hobbies. He is an avid woodworker and finds solace in creating beautiful pieces. Jim also has a passion for camping and is a dedicated fan of the Penguins hockey team.

In his personal life, Jim is a loving husband to his wife Brenda and a proud father to their two children, Jimmy and Jessica. Their family is completed by their beloved pets, Marley and Molly, the dogs, and Larry, the cat. Jim’s dedication to his work and his family make him a well-rounded and admirable individual.
