We are pleased to announce the following changes that became effective on January 24, 2024 in our Sales Department. Jason Drouse has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Simplex Homes.

In his new role Jason’s responsibilities will include the management of all team members related to Single Family and Multi-Family Sales Departments. Additionally, Jason will continue to oversee and direct the Engineering Department, as he has done since 2022. Jason has been an employee of Simplex since March of 1999, starting in our Engineering Department as a Single Family draftsperson. He continued to expand his knowledge base in both Single and Multi-Family drawing projects until joining the Sales Department in February 2005.

He spent the first eight years working on complex Residential houses along with high volume accounts. He joined the Multi Family Department in 2013 as the Multi Family Account Manager and progressed into management as Director of Multi Family Sales in 2022.
