Troy Morgan brings valuable experience and expertise to sales. He has worked in sales since 2009. His expertise is creating relationships in the industry.

Troy works with existing members of the Simplex Builder Network and helping those builders who wish to convert to modular building. He assists to create a better understand the advantages that have made modular the preferred building method for many informed buyers. Troy has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and dreams for their home building experience.

When he’s not at work, you’ll find Troy spending time with his wife and 4 kids. In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports. He is a graduate of Penn State university with degree in business management and accounting and finance.
