Rick Leto began his modular career in 2004 and with over two decades of experience in the modular construction industry, Rick successfully sold more than 900 homes, ranging from commercial and multi-family units to veterans housing. However, Rick’s true passion lies in single-family homes, where he finds the greatest joy in helping families find their perfect living spaces. His deep-rooted connection to the housing industry began early, as he grew up with a father who has been a modular and manufactured home builder for over 50 years.

Currently, Rick is thriving in his role at Simplex, where he is dedicated to building strong relationships with builders across New York State and Vermont. “My commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is at the core of everything I do” – Rick stated.

Rick is a proud graduate of Johnstown High School in Johnstown, NY, and a U.S. Navy veteran, experiences that have instilled a strong sense of discipline and dedication. Outside of Rick’s professional life, he is an avid antique car enthusiast, enjoying both driving and restoring these classic vehicles. Additionally, Rick plays bass guitar and cherishes the time spent making music with his friends.
