This is his bio – Paul Dunda is new to the modular industry but has almost three decades of experience in the financial services and real estate industries. He previously worked in banking and finance for over 25 years and worked his way up through the ranks to become senior vice president of operations.

Real estate has long been a personal interest, and he is enthusiastic about applying his expertise to the modular space. He is looking forward to helping home builders understand the benefits of modular construction, particularly in terms of efficiency and affordability. His extensive professional experience and personable demeanor position him well to support builders in becoming more well-informed and successful.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and resides in Dunmore, PA. Outside of work you can find Paul on the golf course and enjoying the outdoors, rooting on his favorite sports teams, and spending quality time with family and friends.
