Nancy Rizzo recently re-joined Simplex Homes as the Sales Manager, bringing over 30 years of experience in the modular industry. Simplex Homes, based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, is a leader in custom modular home manufacturing. Nancy’s extensive background and passion for the industry make her an invaluable addition to the team.

Nancy’s career began in customer service, where she quickly gained a deep understanding of the industry. Her ability to connect with clients and solve problems laid the foundation for her future roles. She transitioned into transportation, managing complex logistics to ensure timely deliveries, and then into purchasing, where she honed her negotiation skills and optimized supply chains.

One of Nancy’s most rewarding roles was as a multi-family coordinator, where she oversaw modular projects for multi-family housing. Her ability to manage resources and communicate effectively ensured the success of these complex projects. This experience paved the way for her current role as Sales Manager at Simplex Homes, where she is responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team to achieve their targets.

Nancy recently moved back to the Scranton area, where she enjoys the outdoor activities she loves. She is an avid hiker, kayaker, and runner, often spending her weekends exploring local trails and lakes. Her dogs are her constant companions on these adventures, bringing her joy and balance.

In addition to her outdoor pursuits, Nancy practices yoga to maintain her physical and mental well-being. She values the time spent with family and friends, which provides her with the support and grounding she needs to excel in her career.
